At the heart of the Retreat is the Transformative Breathing,

a dynamic breathwork ritual designed to help you to dive deep into your subconsciousness, allowing self-exploration and personal growth,

digging out limiting beliefs and patterns that no longer serve you.

This process aims to empower you to live your full potential.

With Restorative Breathing techniques you will learn to release stress energies and blockages,

to foster deeper connection with yourself, enhancing an overall well-being.

Once that harmony has gone missing, diseases appear or our emotions get out of balance,

 sound and vibrations are the key to healing. 

Sound reaches beyond our sometimes limiting mind and touches our whole being profoundly.

It can loosen blockages on a mental, emotional and physical level.

During this Retreat the vibrations of healing sounds will accompany you during and after your Transformative Breathing Journey.

IRIS KRAKER

I have been a Yoga teacher for many years, and through my practice I was able to gain a deeper sense of my body. 

In 2020, the year of the pandemic, I was forced to deal more with my lungs and breathing. This brought me to an even deeper understanding and connection to myself and my body. After participating in several breathwork retreats, I decided to become a breathing coach.

I was able to immerse myself in the fantastic world of breathing with Restorative Breathing by Timo Niessner. I trained for one year in practical and theoretical applications (300h).

I am now a Certified Restorative Breathing Teacher. I am ready and happy to share my knowledge and experience with Functional Breathing, Deep Transformational Breathing Sessions, Slow-based-Breathing and many useful hacks for daily life with you.

You might say “Well, I breathe every day, every moment.” I can say, after 4 years of self study and working with people,

“It is such a precious gift, when you start to connect to your breath!”

SUSANNE CURTIL

I spent a lot of time with horses in my teenage years and early twenties, at that time in a very conservative and classical way, with riding lessons, competitions and all that goes along with it. Eventually most of it didn’t feel right any more. Instead of searching for new ways of being with horses, I shut myself off them. Only 20 years later, when our white mare Pandora came into our life, I realised, that the passion and love for those magical beings was still very strong, and that there was so much more to learn and experience with them. 

So a completely new journey began, a way of healing the old, giving ourselves time to develop the NEW. After various special, touching moments of connection and trust between our visitors and our horses, we decided to give these magical moments of touch, transformation and healing more space by integrating them into our retreat program.

Self awareness is the first step towards a true connection with a horse. Yoga, Sound and conscious breath are a welcome company on that path.

I started teaching Yoga after my teacher’s training in 2011/ 2012 with Alexander Breunlich. At the same time I attended courses in Sound Healing with Dinah Arosa Marker, which made me discover how well Yoga and Sound go hand in hand.  I naturally integrated simple sound healing techniques into my Yoga classes, and now integrate Yoga & Sound into the holistic work with our horses.

Daring to playfully approach physical, mental and emotional limits in mindful self-awareness and continuously expanding them, creates freedom, makes you happy and makes your whole life more relaxed, easier, more agile and more lively.

STEFANIE PLISSONNIER

When Yoga came to my life, I didn’t know much more about it than some positions. 

The Yoga Teacher Training in a traditional Hatha-Yoga Ashram in India, 2013, changed everything, even my life. I was attracted and captivated by its philosophy, its wisdom, its vastness. Suddenly every aspect of life was in relation with Yoga, in a natural necessity. Paired with studies and practices of buddhist meditation and philosophy, as well as sound healing with Tibetan singing bowls, I found my life treasures. 

Since then I feel happy and fulfilled in sharing these precious practices and insights, to grow our connection with ourselves and everything which surrounds us, visible or not.
